MEDIA: Meetings and Events
The Arras Group brought KTM Sportsmotorcycles to Impact Communications to help the motorcycle manufacturer reposition itself as a power sports company. KTM also planned to unveil the 2008 lineup of new vehicles and accessories, especially two all-terrain vehicles (ATVs) - a brand-new product offering for the company. The event was presented to the international media and KTM's North American dealers, a meeting audience of over 800.
The theme and logo, "Powersports in Rhode Island", was selected to put emphasis on the features and benefits of the new product offerings. Impact directed the live event staging; developed speaker support; created a theme video, product launch video, post-event video recap on DVD, and a point of sale promotional DVD to be used by KTM dealers.
Audience response at the event was enthusiastic and the meeting videos are reaching new audiences as part of the KTM International video reel.
