MEDIA: Interpretive Tours & Exhibits, Kiosk
The People of Independence, created by Impact Communications for the National Park Service, Independence National Historic Park, interprets the ideals of the Age of Enlightenment, the movement that inspired some of the most significant events in 18th Century America.
The multimedia interpretive tour consists of a searchable database of more than 250 paintings and sculptures in the National Park's collection. In addition to viewing the work of art, the visitor can learn biographical information about the artist, the subject, and any unique details about the piece.
A zoom function allows the visitor to examine in close up some of the fine points of the work, such as intricate carvings or brush techniques.
